Booking Policies
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the setup begins.
Room Preparation
The room must be clean and ready upon our arrival so the setup can begin immediately.
Decoration Removal
Decoration removal is not included but can be requested for an additional fee.
Service Area
We provide decoration services in Tampa and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply outside this area.
By booking our services, you agree to these policies.
Advance Booking
Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. Custom or personalized decorations require at least one month notice.
Room Access
For hotel or Airbnb setups, clients must arrange access to the room at least 2 hours before the scheduled surprise time.
Cancellations & Changes
Deposits are non-refundable, but we may offer rescheduling depending on availability.
